Getting started with SyncUp is easy! Simply click the "Get Started" button at the top of the page and follow the sign-up process. You'll be up and running in less than 5 minutes. We also offer guided onboarding to help you set up your workspace and invite team members.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and for annual plans, we also accept bank transfers. For enterprise customers, we can accommodate custom billing arrangements as needed.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features will be available immediately, and we'll prorate your billing. When downgrading, the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial on all our paid plans. No credit card is required to start your trial. You'll get full access to all features during the trial period so you can thoroughly evaluate if SyncUp is right for your team.
